I had a mixed experience at the resort. The staff was hospitable and responsive, which I really appreciated, but the overall maintenance of the rooms was quite poor. The location near nature and water activities was lovely, making it a good getaway spot. However, the value for money felt lacking due to some unacceptable room conditions.

My stay at the resort was enjoyable overall, especially with the spacious family rooms and helpful staff. The location near the water theme park and serene lake added to the charm. I appreciated the activities available, like boating and fishing; however, there were some minor inconveniences such as limited dining options and a basic breakfast service.

I had a decent stay at the resort while participating in the Open Water Series. The pricing was reasonable for what I received, especially considering the family-friendly setup with ample activities. However, some areas could use improvement, like cleanliness and maintenance to enhance the overall experience.

We booked a deluxe room that was quite spacious, providing good value for a family getaway. The amenities included a nicely renovated theme park, which we thoroughly enjoyed, although the room cleanliness left a bit to be desired. While the breakfast was satisfactory, we sadly missed visiting the eco park due to time constraints. Overall, it was a meaningful family gathering, but the dustiness in the room could be improved.

I had a lovely experience at Kampung Air Seri Teratai Suites, where the studio unit offers a stunning waterfront view. The hospitality from the staff was top-notch, especially from Syaiful and Hafiz, who made our stay feel special. While the arrangement and cleanliness of the room were impressive, the food options in the area were rather limited. Despite that, I appreciated the easy access to the PLUS highway and the quiet ambiance during weekdays.
